What this is

A place for residents to understand the ordinance, follow its progress through the Town Council, and find easy ways to support it: an email template, a public comment script, a hearing date when one exists.

What this is not

This site is not affiliated with the Town of Bridgewater, the Bridgewater Town Council, or any councilor, including the ordinance's sponsor. It is not anti‑police; neither is the ordinance, which explicitly preserves incident‑specific police work. And it is not partisan. The concern here, a privately owned database of everyone's movements built without notice or a vote, cuts across every political line in town.

Our ground rules

• Civil, always. We advocate to our councilors respectfully and expect the same from anyone using these materials.
• Accurate, always. Every claim on this site traces to the ordinance text, its supporting memorandum, or the public record. If we get something wrong, we correct it visibly.
• Local first. This is about Bridgewater. Other towns are welcome to borrow everything here for their own fights: the argument, the templates, the site itself.
